I was one of David's Extreme Makeover women, so I can personally vouch for the effectiveness of his workouts. This DVD combines all of his signature moves and "tweeks" and incorporates them into one 45 minute fat burning routine. However, with this one DVD you also get additional workouts for both the upper and lower body. Those workouts are 15 minutes each. Use the cardio sculpt three to four times a week and on the off days, do the 15 minute segments. You will need a fitness ball, light hand-held weights, and a small medicine ball. I also own his original "Boot Camp" video. This is a challenging workout, not for beginners. But for those who are not yet able to do the full cardio-sculping routine, David also has a pre-cardio routine on the DVD. David doesn't just count as you do the reps, he motivates you through the tape and effectively explains the moves and benefits of a healthy lifestyle. You can't go wrong with this DVD!!!!!
