In fact, the show has inspired me and my oldest daughter to begin creating cakes using fondant. My family and I highly recommend this show. It is great family entertainment in a world of crazy reality shows!

Buddy Valastro is one of the most successful and renowned cake artists in the United States. Master baker of Carlo's City Hall Bake Shop in Hoboken, New Jersey, Buddy is the cake boss.
