(More customer reviews)I tried this workout for the first time today and absolutely love it. I've used Leslie's 2 mile video and wanted something new to add some variety to my exercise. However, I wasn't ready for a longer workout like the 3 mile. This workout is still only 30 minutes, but is a little more intense than her 2 mile walk with intervals of jogging. There are other fun moves as well that keep the workout interesting. As a lifelong couch potato I never imagined myself jogging, but it was easy interspersed with the walking. I've never really enjoyed exercise and I usually watch the clock to figure out when the workout's going to be over, but at the end of this one I was actually having so much fun I wished it would last a little longer. I highly recommend this DVD.
