(More customer reviews)When this special was being advertised in HBO, I thought, okay, I will watch it. She is funny enough and there is nothing else on tv. I watched it and seriously laughed so hard that my side hurt the next morning. It was Ellen at her absolute funniest (and she is a pretty funny person). She tells a story in a totally casual way and, unlike most comedians, she realizes that the key to being funny is not to laugh at your own jokes, but to keep going like you have no idea that you just said something funny. She is a true artist. Foolishly, I didn't tape it and since then I have been scanning the tv guide for the next time that it would be on. Let me put it this way, I wouldn't be buying this on-line if it was not the funniest thing that I have ever seen and didn't want to watch it over and over again.

Tori & Dean Inn Love Season 1 Review

(More customer reviews)I am so excited to be the first to review this excellent show! I first started watching it when there was a Mother's Day marathon on Oxygen. I heard some good stuff about it, so I decided to give it a try, since I have been a Tori Spelling fan since her days as Donna Martin on "Beverly Hills 90210." This show is not only amazing, but also addicting! I couldn't stop watching it! By the end of the marathon, I couldn't wait for the third season premiere. In this season, Tori and Dean run their inn, called the Chateau La Rue, after Tori's dog Mimi La Rue. It's so much fun to watch how Tori and Dean run things and to see the guests that come and stay at the inn (some fun, others you hate and can't wait until their stay is over!) And in this season, Tori is pregnant with her son Liam. It's fun living through the pregnancy with her. I don't watch a lot of reality TV, but this is the first show that I have enjoyed in a long time. I can't wait until the second and third seasons are on DVD too.
If you are a Tori Spelling fan, whether it be from "Beverly Hills 90210" or her short lived satire "So NoTORIous" (which I also loved), you will enjoy "Tori and Dean: Inn Love." And Dean is awesome too. I admit I never knew who he was before he married Tori, but now I get excited whenever I see their names together! Buy this DVD, you will not be disappointed!
