(More customer reviews)For those of you who have seen- or I am sure heard of- the "Quick Fix Hop Hop" by Juliane Arney, you will see the familiarity here (if you do not have that DVD--get it, it is great)!! Juliane is renowned for her dance knowledge and choreograped this DVD, as well as many of the other dance ones you see on the market, including "Crunch" and the "Dance off the Inches" series. If you liked her "Quick Fix" you will love this although it is in no way a repeat of her previous DVD. I work out on the carpet and have no trouble with the swivels, etc, as I just do them more on my toes. I have also noticed that moves that seem nearly impossible to those of us that are not trained dancers amazingly come to us after practice. I never thought I would be "hip hopping" away but thanks to this and the other videos on the market I feel confident in doing it. This is a fun DVD, Kristin Jacobs as the instructor is good, but definitely buy it for the choreography which is fresh and so fun!
