(More customer reviews)This is a simple, easy, exercise DVD for seniors. The DVD has simple easy sitting exercises that are easy to do, and the 2nd part has lower body exercises that are done standing while holding a chair.
After using this DVD for just a few weeks I have gained more strength, flexibility and joint mobility. Filmed on the Beach, Sunshine is always smiling, showing proper form and the exercises are easy for me to follow. The pace is slow & relaxed.
If you want a simple easy exercise DVD that will keep you fit --this is it! I can honestly say that this is the best exercise DVD for seniors & the elderly.It has a warm up, a cool down stretching segment and a relaxation segment with breathing exercises.
