(More customer reviews)I like this DVD. It has a warm up, 3 lower body work outs, 4 upper body work outs. Blast on ball work out, and cool down stretch. The work outs are 6 minutes long and you can pick and choose your work outs. You'll want to get the stability ball that's suitable for you. And a set of 3 and 5 pound weights. And you'll need a mat. I'd get the ball and the weights after I buy the DVD. It's challenging, but it can be fun.
