I was doing a segment of this workout with moderately HEAVY weights and it was an INTENSE quick workout. As a guy who trains; on a scale from "A breeze to ridiculously hard" I rate this as "not a joke" seriously. I actually have the DVD, notice the review dates, this came out November 23, 2010.
