These areas are what I really wanted to work on, so I couldn't wait until the 4-week chart got to this one. I love this one the most. This is the most hip hop dancing, with a little bit of stank on it and a whole lot of popping. After this video and the "Total Body Burn," I am an even bigger expert in popping. Some of these moves are things I'd do in a club regardless and never really regarded them as exercise. Tanya was getting it on the "sexy" roll body exercises and, besides Shaun, the African American lady on the left-hand side was putting in enough extra energy to keep me hype. Now the mat part at the end was suicidal. The first time I did it, I wanted that to be over as soon as it started and couldn't wait for the cool down. But after the first time when my legs weren't sore, it was fun to do. I believe this DVD workout will do what it promises, and as he said via message, "make you look cuter in your jeans."
