(More customer reviews)I am not one to go to the gym to do cardio, since it can be done anywhere, but this also means it is hard to get motivated when the couch is calling me to relax and just watch TV. Coach Nicole is an excellent instructor that makes it fun to do her workouts. I purchased this DVD along with her other DVD, The Spark: Fit, Firm and Fired Up. Between the two I can get good strength training and cardio in from my living room. I think she offers a great workout regardless of what shape you are in, with variations of each exercise to make it as easy or hard as you could need. Mainly I like that she isn't some ripped, unobtainable version of a human that just screams at you. She works at a comfortable pace that gets your heart up, but still easy to follow along.
