(More customer reviews)From all the Winsor DVD's this one is by far the most effective and my favorite. This video is approximately 20 minute long and focuses solely on ab or the "core" muscles. I have never had stronger and more defined abs! I love my mid section now, because of this video. I have been doing the Winsor pilates videos for about 4 months, and I've lost weight, toned my muscles, and have fun every time I excercise.
