Tom Holland's Total Ab Workout Review

Tom Holland's Total Ab Workout
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
In Total Ab Workout, fitness instructor and physiologist Tom Holland has created four abs routines, each about six minutes in length. Each routine is progressively more difficult, culiminating with the final routine, which adds a dumbbell to increase the challenge. Tom filmed the workout in "real time," meaning that there are no cuts or edits; it's just a smooth, one-on-one abs workout with Tom. In additional to traditional crunches, the routines offer Pilates-like moves as well as back stabilization work to balance out the core.
The DVD Main Menu offers the option to play the entire workout or go to the Routines Menu, which breaks down each of the four routines into 6-7 segments (you need to actuallly click on the first segment to select the routine). The exercises listed on the Routines Menu are as follows:
Routine 1: arm slide crunches/alternate bent knee pulls/crossed leg obliques/plank/four-point bridge/bicycle
Routine 2: bent knee pulls/bent knee oblique lifts/bridge with lift and hold/crunches with legs up/crossed leg raised foot obliques/plank with raised leg
Routine 3: straight leg lowers/corkscrews/bridges with leg pulses/double crunches/the rope climb/two-point bridge
Routine 4: double roll ups/double oblique twists/bridge with leg holds/double butterflies/double press ups/plank
I liked the fourth routine the best, partly because it felt the most Pilates-like and partly because I liked how Tom worked in the use of the dumbbell; on the other hand, the third workout actually felt more challenging to me. Tom does not show modifications for any of the moves, and thus I think these workouts are best suited for experienced beginner to intermediate exercisers. Overall, a very nice series of ab routines that would be great for add-on work.

HIP HOP ABS DANCE PARTY - Rockin' Abs & Hard Body Workouts - Includes 5 Minute Ab Blaster - Shaun T (2007) Review

HIP HOP ABS DANCE PARTY - Rockin' Abs and Hard Body Workouts - Includes 5 Minute Ab Blaster - Shaun T (2007)
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
Ok,
So I loved these workouts since I've gotten them. I had the first Hip Hop Abs series you see on television. The deal for those was just so sweet and I figured why not try it. :)
I loved that first series!! So I was super hopeful for this one.
When you first start working out and stuff with the videos, unless you've taken dance classes, you may feel like a bit of a doof trying to do these pretty cool moves, but eventually (like 2 workouts) you'll feel good and can do them fine. You totally feel like you're there and Shaun T is just super funny.
Ok. ok.. so about this workout.
The First workout I did was Rockin' Abs. Let me tell you the difference between the first set of DVDs and the Dance Party series is significant. The moves are almost all new and it starts out fast. If you have the foundation of the first videos you'll be fine though. The music is really good too. I didn't recognize any of the songs from the radio, but I enjoyed them.
The workout itself is challenging. You do some floor work, but one of the hardest exercises was when you do a push up and at the same time you extend your leg out to the side and you do it on tempo (those who do these DVDs know what that means). For those who don't want to do that move, like me on the first try, Tonya does a simplified move for us.
The workout is great and you can totally feel the ab workout. The floor routine isn't that hard, but you do get a nice stretch. All and all a great workout.
Then there's the Hardbody workout. It's 100% delicious!
Great music, great moves, high energy and you'll be smiling through most of it, while you're able to learn new moves. I loved this workout!!! It worked out the upper body and the lower body, but I'd say it's more of an upper body (arms and abs than lower body). You totally get your cardio in and you will probably sweat.
I really, really loved this video a lot. Like the other video (don't think I mentioned it) but you can use your weighted gloves or the weights. I'd wait to use both until you know the moves (if you think that's not heavy enough.
Hope this helped!

8 Minute Workouts (Arms / Abs / Buns / Legs) Review

8 Minute Workouts (Arms / Abs / Buns / Legs)
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
8 minute arms are fast and easy, and you can do it without weights or with weights (or soup cans if you don't have weights). 8 minute legs are easy, and you use your chair or couch, perfect for the beginner. 8 minute abs are a bit difficult, definetly work your way into those. 8 minute buns are not for the weak kneed, you definitly need an exercise mat. All the workouts are so fast, it doesn't even feel like your working out.

Power Half Hour Ab Burner with Tony Horton Review

Power Half Hour Ab Burner with Tony Horton
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
I have the complete Power Half Hour set (all included on 1 DVD) and these are tough little workouts!
The Ab Burner combines Cardio circuits w/ Ab circuits.
This combination makes sense because since there is no such thing as "spot reduction" of bodyfat, truly you need to actually burn calories to lose fat all over, then the ab work you do has a chance of actually being seen.
Of course you have to eat cleanly as well as workout or there's no way most people will ever see results, but from the workout end of things, this program (and the others in the Power Half Hour Series) really delivers!
If you get this, be prepared to work hard. It's short but it packs a LOT of punch!

Shaun T's Rockin' Body - Disco Groove Set - Includes 4 Workouts - by Beachbody (2008)
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
Always set on stage w/lights & audience
Mark, Move & Groove - 15 min
6 dance moves, mostly marches, shimmy, hand movements w/standing crunch, 2 taps out, grapevine, 2 steps & cha cha, all dance, a quick & easy workout. Only bad thing is an annoying LOUD BEEP to let you know when to start the move after Shaun teaches it. Drove me NUTS.
Disco Groove - 35 min
This is pure dance that really works the obliques, even tough I don't normally like disco, they really made this a lot of fun.
Party Express - 25 min
Mostly dance w/some regular hopping & running in place.
Shaun T's Dance Party - 43 min
This is mostly dance as well w/a bit more regular hopping & hand jives, though has a great cool down. I didn't like this one as much for some reason.
As always, he breaks down every move so you are first just stepping side to side, then adds more, then the upper body, then the style, Always easy to follow & he always has fun & demands you have fun too & not dance half-heartedly. I love how he has fun, though sometimes he talks to the camera too long when you're doing step touches before learning a new move or after finishing a "routine," though maybe those few seconds are for grabbing some water.
I would love for him to do a straight dance workout that incorporates more complicated dance moves.

HIP HOP ABS by Shaun T - Maximum Results Set - Level 2 - Fat Burning Cardio, Ab Sculpt, Total Body Burn (2007) Review

HIP HOP ABS by Shaun T - Maximum Results Set - Level 2 - Fat Burning Cardio, Ab Sculpt, Total Body Burn (2007)
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
Sean T. is very friendly, personable, confident, jokes around, is truly into dancing & wants to share it. He can be compared to Will Smith's personality. He's relaxed & actually talented & fluid when he dances. He really does everything slowly at first before going to temp & breaks most of the moves down. The workout portion he does all at once, no stopping/starting like most high end fitness videos & he talks with the dancers. He uses the same backup dancers for all the workouts & other portions. When he remarks on a song, you know he hears what you hear so they are on beat. He never let's you stop moving on these workouts, you can only go down to step touches w/standing ab crunches. Each section you can decide if you want the music much louder drowning out Shawn's or hear his voice w/music like most workouts. The production quality in everything is great, lighting, camera angles, editing, sound quality, etc. except the music which I listed below.
Disk 1
FAT BURNING CARDIO - 43 min
This may have looped dance beat music, but I LOVE this workout. Why? It's 80% real dance moves! Hip Hop ab flexing, dip, stomping, frat step, dip side/side, double dutch, kick/knee, washing machine, etc. He even repeats some moves in a routine to keep you going. The only non dance moves were a little jumping jacks though he tries to add a little flava to it, hoping (though more side to side like hip hop) & simulated jump rope. THIS is how ALL his workouts should be.
AB SCULPT 2 - 32 min
The music is looped back beats, but not too bad, better then most fitness dvds. But very disappointed since they said real music in the tv ads. Most of this aerobics section is using weights or weighted gloves. There were about 5 real dance moves, the rest aerobics with a lot of emphasis on standing ab crunch types, knee lifts & kicks. This portion I'll admit made me sweat, though, as I've said, I don't like aerobics & was hoping for more dance moves like the tv advertisement. Mat Work (10 min) Easy plank on knees w/arm raises, then normal plank with 1 knee to chest, then 1 arm raised. Those were nice & challenging. The rest is easy, just sitting with feet on the ground & twists or arm raises weights. Ends with child's pose, sitting fwd bend, cobra, reclined kneed to chest spinal twist.
Disk 2
TOTAL BODY BURN - 45 min
Ok, after viewing now 7 of his cardio/toning workouts within a month (not counting the dance floor ones), I can definitely see a lot of repetition. Like the level 1 total body burn, this has a lot of free weight use, much more jumping jacks & simulated jump roping then all the others, plie/jump up in air, think some kicking & punching. I have to admit by now I was getting bored with seeing the same moves & FFWd a lot. There were a couple dance moves, but most were all done on his other dvds & like said, almost all done on Fat burning Cardio 2. The only new move that had was doing the butterfly with both arms & both legs at the same time with weights. That is a fun, old school move. Mat Work (10 min) the first 4 min are more dance step moves, one hard of touching you hand to ground & back up again. Suddenly you drop into push ups 8x, step touches in between, push ups, step touches, that ab "c" of sitting on your butt with knees bent & turning torso ( I find easy & do yoga boat pose instead).
Learn To Dance "Get abs or die trying" - 21 min
Club looking place w/lights & a dance floor (like the commercial), Shawn w/3 female & 1 male dancer showing a pretty stylish dance routine they teach you. He shows you the routine normal speed, then teaches the lower body 3-4x 1/3 speed, adds the upper body 3-4x 1/3 speed, then both at 1/3 speed 3-4x, then normal speed 3-4x. He doesn't count much at all, he gives you body cues of what to move & direction. When connecting the previous learned moves to the present moves, he will go slow 2x to help you connect them together. This is the best way to teach & I'm very happy he's teaching it that way. At the end, you only do it 4x in a row w/o stopping.
I tried to do this & I was completely lost even on the first set of about 5 moves (he taught about 5 moves in the level 1 as well but since beginner's were familiar I didn't have much of a problem). I wish he would only teach 1-2 moves depending on complexity about 2-3x 1/2 speed & 5x normal speed before moving. For moves such as these, it's needed. I will try this again sometime in the future.
Like I said in the Total Body burn, a lot of repetition & too much aerobics & not enough dance moves. All I want is dance moves that are repeated several times before moving on to keep the heart rate up. That's dance aerobics (though most unfortunately are watered down). Dance instruction is teach 1-2x 1/2 speed & normal speed 1-2x which I don't like. Not sure how long "Hip Hop Dance Party" has been out, but his "Rockin' Body" just came out this month & I hope they have that, but I'll wait for reviews before trying. If you're a beginner & can't stand not being able to keep up even though there's a modifier model, get the level 1. If you're a beginner & don't frustrate easy & want to save $, only get this. Intermediate & Advance, only get Level 2.
If you don't know what Hip Hop Abs looks/dounds like check clips on youtube or do a search on google videos, etc.

Billy Blanks' Tae Bo: Fat Blasting Cardio & Total Body Fat Blaster Review

Billy Blanks' Tae Bo: Fat Blasting Cardio and Total Body Fat Blaster
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
It's rare to find a DVD that provides a good solid 45 minutes of cardio exercise. Typically they are stop-again-start-again kind of things, not able to raise the heart rate.
I have been doing the Fat Blasting Cardio DVD for a couple of months now and still cannot complete all the reps while wearing the Billy Bands. My heart rate stays in a good zone for the entire workout. I feel that during the winter, when I cannot run because my asthma is aggravated by the cold, this DVD is my best cardio option. I have not tried the Total Body Fat Blaster.
One problem with Tae Bo is that if you've never had experience with either Tae Bo, kickboxing, or some form of Martial Art, you will have trouble mimicking the form you see on the DVD. This is a good way to get an injury early in the process of learning, which can be frustrating. I recommend a small amount of instruction on proper form while kicking, and don't be afraid to start out doing slower reps than you see on the DVD. I would say that it's pretty easy to blow the knee of your standing foot if you try to do more than your body is capable of. Also, unless you have a good deal of upper body strength, it is wise to do the workout without the Billy Bands until you feel confident. Believe me, it's still plenty cardio.

From all the Winsor DVD's this one is by far the most effective and my favorite. This video is approximately 20 minute long and focuses solely on ab or the "core" muscles. "I was not impressed with the Power Abs Medicine Ball workout. I think I was overcharged for the video and I had to buy the medicine ball seperate. What I did not realize, was that my medicine ball came with a 24 minute workout that is awesome! The total cost of medical ball and workout video from Walmart was $11. It is way better than the Gin Miller's Power Abs workout DVD that I bought. I should have bought the ball first and not wasted my money on this DVD."

Gin Miller's Power Abs Medicine Ball Workout introduces a new challenge in strength and conditioning with this dynamic workout. Designed to optimize benefits in cardio-respiratory fitness and reactive strength, this circuit interval format maximizes results in one time-efficient workout. This total-body workout alternates short bursts of easy-to-follow cardio (marches, jogs, runs and jacks) with integrated exercises that work multiple muscles groups all at the same time.

This program, specifically designed to improve overall fitness conditioning, adds a new variable in resistance training with the addition of light to moderate medicine balls. Adding the dynamics of medicine balls not only improves strength, coordination and balance, but also targets all the muscles of the core. This type of reactive training leads to better posture and every-day function - and a firmer, tighter mid-section.

Total Workout Time - 36 minutes

Mix & Match Menu - direct select specific exercises

Novice - less than or up to 4lbs Beginner - less than or up to 6lbs Intermediate - less than or up to Advanced - less than or up to 10lbs Elite Athlete - less than or up to 12lbs

Bellydance For Body Shaping: Abs - Belly Dance Fitness Workout Review

Bellydance For Body Shaping: Abs - Belly Dance Fitness Workout
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
Who this DVD is for:
-a student of belly dance who wants to get more strength and tone in her abs, make her belly dance movements stronger, or wants a great abdominal workout, or
-a follower of the bellydance aerobic fitness trend who wants an intense workout, or
-someone who owns both of Neon's instructional DVD's and is comfortable with the moves taught there, or
-someone with previous dance experience who is good with "monkey see, monkey do" style learning
Who this DVD is not for (yet):
-if you want a video to LEARN belly dance
-if you are new to belly dance and don't yet have a grasp of the basic movements.
-if you don't want to get a great abs workout. (No kidding around here!)
Before beginning this workout it's important to keep in mind what it is -- a workout. Although you will practice bellydance, as all of the sections are completely comprised of bellydance moves, don't expect to buy this DVD and have it be your one-stop shopping for instruction and workout. They haven't made anything like that yet. The pacing required for instruction is way too slow to get your heart rate up for a cardiovascular or fat burning workout. Stopping to explain the movements would disrupt the flow of the workout and would keep it from being nearly as good. In order to work the abdominals, one must drill them without taking breaks for explanation. Neon is an excellent Bellydance instructor but the purpose of this DVD to get your abs in shape, not to learn how to dance.
There is absolutely no bellydance instruction on "Belly Dance for Body Shaping: Abs." This workout was designed for someone who already knows bellydance and wants to be lead through a great workout; it's difficulty would be considered at the Intermediate level. The movements are all done quickly in succession leaving no time for instruction. Although instruction is beyond the scope of this video, Neon does give pointers as to what muscles to be contracting for the different movements -- more like good reminders than instruction.
Andy Troy, a certified strength and conditioning specialist, pops in throughout the workout with helpful, real-time tips for getting the safest and most conformable workout. This is important so you don't strain your knees or lower back.
Two sphere shaped diagrams representing the ribcage and the pelvis are always on the left side of the screen to show how each movement relates to the muscle groups in the area. Although they will help you understand what move you are doing at any given time, they will by no means help explain. A basic knowledge and competency with belly dance are required here. You don't have to be the star attraction at the local Mediterranean restaurant here, you just need to have a basic working knowledge of belly dance.
A progress bar counts the number of moves you have done so far and shows you how many left till the next change. This is helpful for both cueing and motivational purposes.
If you already know what you're doing, bellydance wise, this is as good of a practice session as it is a workout -- excellent overall.

Self - Firm Flat Abs Fast Review

Self - Firm Flat Abs Fast
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
Self: Firm Flat Abs Fast! is a sculpting workout that is just shy of 30 minutes in length. On the DVD there is also a bonus cardio workout--at 5 minutes it's really only suitable as a warm-up. You'll need one 3 to 8 pound dumbbell and a stability ball.
This workout is broken up into four chapters, which can be done independently of one another. The first chapter is just classic crunches--very familiar to just about everyone. The second chapter incorporates the stability ball. The first few moves of this chapter aren't for exercisers with low ceilings, but they should be easy to modify. The third chapter is Pilates-inspired ab work. The fourth chapter includes some very graceful yoga-inspired moves. There is also a short cool-down segment at the end. None of the moves in this workout are mindblowingly new or different--they're all good solid well-tested moves packaged into one workout.
Violet Zaki, the instructor, discusses the workout before the warmup (you can fast-forward through that) and then at the end she has a rather long section discussing proper form and diet and how both contribute to better fitness. The diet advice is pretty common sense stuff, but it never hurts to hear it one more time.
The setting is absolutely gorgeous. The workout filmed on the beach at a resort near Puerto Vallarta. You can hear the waves crashing on the beach in the background, which is very calming. As an instructor, Violet is very motivating. She cues well and keeps the patter (and the whooping) to a bare minimum. There are two backup exercisers, one of which is modifying. They are very "normal" looking--trim and fit without being overly lean. Violet looks strong and healthy.
The only thing I've found to give this DVD demerits on are the five or six commercials at the beginning. You can fast foward through them (or hit the Menu button) but still--I paid for my DVD and I don't feel like paying more for it by giving my time to these ads. It's why I only rated this DVD 4 stars. Without the ads, it's a 5 star DVD with beautiful production values and good chaptering.
As a high-intermediate/low-advanced exerciser, I think this one is worth picking up as an add-on or for light days. I can definitely feel it in my abs after I do this workout, but I have yet to experience any DOMS (Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness) from it. I would recommend this workout to just about any level of exerciser--if you do this workout, eat right, and get in regular cardiovascular exercise, you will definitely see results.

Core Rhythms Dance Exercise Program Starter Package 3-dvd Set Review

Core Rhythms Dance Exercise Program Starter Package 3-dvd Set
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
The European women aren't near as annoying as the Denise Austin type. Yeah, they're dancers and they're in good shape, but that's to be expected. They could do this blindfolded, with a broken ankle and look better than I do. But that doesn't have to discourage anyone.
I think they teach you just like any other aerobics class. Slow for a couple steps, then to tempo. The steps I've seen aren't outlandish, though some I couldn't do the first time. I'm not coordinated and don't look good doing it. But I also don't have a problem shutting myself in a room and laughing occasionally.
If you want to get a nice workout, that's different than your normal run-of-the-mill at home fitness videos, this is a good option. It's neat how they work the abs into the cardio routine.
I'm not sure if it's worth 45$ though (that's a month subscription to my gym!).
I think some of the bad reviews on the video are just personal frustrations. The video is nicely produced and coreographed. They're good leaders. The music is made to go with the routine perfectly. You can alternate between front and back views. If the "Latin" dvd is too hard, you can try the others. You can skip scenes. And there's an express workout too.

Don't be fooled by the dated production on this long running title. The methods and the presentation work!!!!!!! It will tighten those abs and make you beg for mercy if you do it properly.

HIP HOP ABS Package - Fat Burning Cardio, Ab Sculpt, Total Body Burn, Secrets to Flat Abs (2007) Review

HIP HOP ABS Package - Fat Burning Cardio, Ab Sculpt, Total Body Burn, Secrets to Flat Abs (2007)
Average Reviews:

Pros: I hate doing aerobics and I'm not into health clubs, but when it's cold outside, I have to compromise, so when I saw this DVD on an infomercial, I gave it a shot. I love to dance and I love hip hop. From another site, I checked out how the actual dance aerobics were and enjoyed that enough to buy this (it's a little too expensive though).
Fat Burning Cardio: Shaun T doesn't go so fast that you can't keep up, but just enough to keep you energized. Plus, the man is extra funny, especially when "Don't Cha" by the Pussycat Dolls comes on. There are those who can count steps and there are those who can really dance, and from his body movement, I'm convinced he can really work the floor. This is by far the most fun I've ever had when doing aerobics and I plan to go through the whole 4-week plan, especially since Chicago weather is crazy anyway so I know I can't jog everyday like I want to. Didn't know he was an Alpha Phi Alpha until I looked at one of his sites, so that explains the frat hop dance he does, and that is my favorite part of the "Fat Burner" DVD.
Ab Sculpting: The abs are the most difficult part to gain muscle in but his workouts automatically make me feel the burn (yes, I know, very cliche to say). But surprisingly, it's my legs that are getting the most workout just from the dancing involved.
Total Body Burn: That workout was hard. I'm sure it'll get easier with time, but for the most part, I wanted it be over. On the other hand, I loved the music the most on this one, especially Lumidee, as well as the dances that resembled tribal techniques. The second time around, however, this workout wasn't so bad. Still worked up a sweat (and I'm not a sweater so that was surprising) but not as surprisingly hard as the first time around.
Secrets to Flat Abs: Since I'd done the work-outs already, this stuff was kind of like studying for a test after you've already taken it and the scantrons are collected. But if I'd done this first, it would've been useful.
Five Minute Workout: Speaking of exercises that'll kill you, that one had me so worn out that I sat on my floor for about ten minutes and didn't even realize I'd fallen asleep. It's such a quick but fierce workout. You feel like you worked out that 22-25 minutes from the intensity of it.
Teach You How to Dance: I got a little lost with that one because he was getting excited with his choreography and some of the moves were a little old school and slightly drag queen, but it will be enjoyable for people who don't really know how to dance.Cons: Although he does hip hop dance, I have yet to hear a real hip hop song. This is more like dance/pop music, but it's all good since I like a lot of that too and the language won't get BeachBody in trouble.

The SixPackNow Abs Workout DVD Review

The SixPackNow Abs Workout DVD

This dvd wasn't what I had expected. When I purchased it, I thought there would be a workout on this dvd. To my surpise there was not. There were many ab excercises and examples of a person doing a couple of reps of each, but no complete workout to follow along with. If you are looking for some exercises to use while you are at the gym, this may be a dvd for you, but if you want a workout dvd to use at home, don't purchase this product.

Gilad: 15 Targeted Express Workouts (2008) Review

Gilad: 15 Targeted Express Workouts (2008)
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
Like other reviewers of Gilad's products, I was introduced to his no-frills aerobics workouts back in the nineties. I used to tape his "Bodies in Motion" and his sister's "Basic Training" workouts to use over the weekends. As my level of fitness improved, I moved on to other instructors. Then, life got more complicated. Knees became weaker and yoga replaced jogging and jumping. For quite a number of years my Gilad tapes laid in the back of my closet collecting dust. A couple of months ago, however, and while I was looking for a way to get some much needed aerobic conditioning without killing my knees, I rediscovered Gilad again.
Any time-deprived fan of Gilad will appreciate "Express Workouts." I certainly am. This 2-DVD set features 15 workouts that are under 10 minutes each. I can combine different segments to fit my schedule and to concentrate on the body parts I need to strengthen. DVD 1 features an 8-minute warm up and then individual segments meant to tone and work the back, chest, arms, shoulders, buns, hips and tights. You'll need a set of weights if you're doing DVD 1.
DVD 2 contains seven workouts. The first one, "Dynamic Moves" is a low impact workout. The moves (twists, squats, etc.) will certainly be familiar to those who have used other Gilad's DVDs. The second segment, "Strength & Balance" is a yoga-inspired workout. "Basic Cardio 1" is another low impact routine using grapevines, jump rope and boxing movements. "Cardio 2-Challenge" continues with the boxing and martial arts inspired movements. If you have done "Gilad's Elite Forces Fat Burning Workout," you should have no problem doing both cardio segments back to back. The fifth segment, "Compound Strength" combines lunges with biceps and triceps work. In the final two segments, "Core Foundations" and "Core Challenge," Gilad targets the abdominal area by doing crunches, roll ups and backstrokes.
As always, Gilad is excellent in his emphasis on form. What I miss from this DVD, however, was the synergy he and his exercise mates had in the earlier programs. It made those old "Bodies in Motion" workouts on the beach lively and full of fun to watch and follow. Still, I recommend "Express Workouts" to anybody who is starting a fitness program and to those who'd like to mix and customize their workouts to fit time availability, mood or need.

Fat-Blasting Yoga Review

Fat-Blasting Yoga

This is a great video ! I honestly HATE working out, but I LOVE yoga. I already had a wonderful yoga video, but it was too long of a work out to fit into my schedule. I like the way this one is broken up into 3 short workouts. I like the way Denise keeps her moves simple, but effective. This video is EXCELLENT for your back. You feel pain free and thoroughly stretched after these workouts. I think Denise Austin is a sincerely sweet and motivating person. I recommend her videos to anyone who wants a realistic workout that you can stick with. As far as the stability ball, a large kids' ball works great.
