Something Like a Business (2010) Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)I watched this movie with the mindset that the BP oil spill would be resolved and global warming would end and our country would figure it's way out of a recession. I didn't find any solutions to my expectations. So I figure I might as well take my mind off of that heavy stuff and seek some entertainment. This is a hood movie. Which allows you to escape from the realities of life. Yes it's silly, buffonish and at times gross but hey that's what makes this movie fun and irreverent. So if you're not looking for the anecdote to solve all of life's problems then watch this movie. Kevin Hart and cast are hilarious without trying to be. This is a movie that was never intended to be taken seriously. And if you do you need to get a life.

Janky Promoters (2009) Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)While this film is watchable, I definitely would rate this as the least liked of the corroborations between Cube and Mike Epps. I would also say it falls towards the bottom when you throw in the Friday series, and the other movies he's played a hand in creating. As a big Cube fan, musically and theatrically, this is hands-down one of his worst (which explains why it was never advertised before being released to the theater, and then quickly released to DVD). It has its moments, but those expecting the same quality of work will be disappointed.

Mike Epps: Under Rated & Never Faded Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)Mike Epps is a comedian you can watch over and over again. This video also introduced Doug E Fresh at the beginning of the show which was great because he is an old school hip star who I love. If you like good comedy this is the one one for you.
