This is strictly for beginner's only!
Video is very basic and moves very slowly. If it weren't quite so boring it would actually be comical in places.
This shipping could also have been a little more dicreet. Video came in a sealed brown box but area where shipping label appeared was open and invoice could be shifted to the reveal the name of the video to any one who handle it and was nosey!
I will not purchase another video of this nature from amazon again due to the shipping package.

For the love of God please let this be the last of the "Spoofing Other, Better Movies" Movies, because this is absolutely the bottom of the barrel. For starters, somehow the people that made this movie failed to see that if any of those other spoof movies were actually any good, it was because they were making fun of movies that weren't already funny - i.e. satire. Making a comedy making fun of other comedies is just a stupid idea, and this movie is proof of that theory.
The acting is as bad as the writing - crap, crap, and more crap.
For the sake of us all, don't buy this movie - you'll only encourage them to make more and they aren't worth the plastic they're printed on.

This is one of the few "sex" videos out there that is actually sexy with out going over the top into eroticism or sterile unrealistic "how-to" lecturing.
I watched this video alone first and enjoyed the information being demonstrated in such an exciting but tasteful way. I watched it again later with my husband and it really opened up the lines of communication for us.
We had a fantastic time talking about it and making love afterwards.
This video is very accessible to everyone interested in improving his or her sex life/relationship.
The Welcomed Consensus has made another great video for us real people who want to bring more pleasure to our partners and our lives. Thank you!

Loving Sex: Sex Around the House (2002) Review

Loving Sex: Sex Around the House (2002)
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
Reviewed by: Katie Rose
`Sex Around the House' is one in the `Loving Sex' series, instructional videos designed to help couples through different aspects of sexuality. If you've never watched an instructional video this is going to be an interesting adventure.
Since I wasn't sure what to expect from this video, my partner and I debated on getting comfortable or making a pizza before watching the festivities. Since this technically was work, we decided on the pizza which I threw in the oven, grabbed my notebook, then hit the play button.
It opened with a sort of `man on the street' scene in which a woman was asking passersby what they would do with assorted household objects - a rolling pin, a spatula, a feather duster, and much to my partner's horror clothes pins. While the people were hesitant to offer uses for these items, they came up with some typical and humorous responses. From there it took us to the actual introduction where Julie Ashton, a bright and blonde woman is seated at a sofa interviewing Dr. Ava Cadell. Dr. Cadell is one of the nation's leading sexologists. She was dressed professionally, had dark hair, and if I thought Julie was bubbly, Dr. Cadell bubbled over with enthusiasm for the subject matter.
Sex Around the House - is about finding new sexual pleasures right at home. Julie goes on to invite Dr. Cadell into her home. She explains that she is having several couples over for the weekend and that she'd love the Doctor to give them a personal lesson. The doctor agrees, and we then are transported to Julie's home. What follows is the introduction of Julie's friends to Dr. Cadell who goes on to show the same items that were offered to the people on the street. She again asks for suggested use, but then offers a few ideas of her own -along with a warning that items used for sexual purposes should not be used for everyday purposes. The strangest had to have been the pasta spoon. The doctor suggests that you can use it by rubbing it lightly up and down your partner's body or stroking it through their hair. She encourages the group to look at everything in their home as a potential sex object. Think about how the object can heighten your senses.
After the doctor leaves, the video goes through a series of scenes showing each of the couples as the have sex utilizing Dr. Cadell's advice - sex in the laundry, the kitchen, the bathroom, the office, even a closet. The most novel idea I thought was by using the phone to call your partner in another area of the house and then engage in some foreplay phone sex.
Obviously, not everyone has a home as well put together at Julies. Rooms dedicated as an office/workout room or a sunken tub in their bathroom are not the norm, but I could see how the concept could be adapted to any household. For the entire day after I watched the video, I couldn't help but look twice at every item that I picked up.
Besides the main part of the video, the DVD offers additional sex tips from Dr. Patti Britton, sexuality information, links to important sites and a bonus scene from one of the other Loving Sex programs.
What does it all add up to?
Each of the couples seemed to be actually enjoying themselves. There was banter between each other, none of the `do me now!' type of porno. It was very loving and yet very hot to watch - that is not to say that in real life these items don't go hand in hand, but in the world of porn it's almost nonexistent. Since I'm not an expert in determining when a woman has had an orgasm just by looking at her, I couldn't tell if they truly had, but they did look excited and into what they were doing, not just going through the motions. And when the guys climaxed it looked real. No money shots here!
I liked this video and I would recommend it to couples that are looking to expand their lovemaking beyond the boundaries of their bed. Even if you never have sex outside of the bedroom, the items you bring to your bed will help to enhance and heighten your sexual experience.
By the way, the pizza went uneaten.

Maid-Droid (2008) Review

Maid-Droid (2008)
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
Once upon a time...
People believed in magic to explain the things they could not understand, and magic offered the possibilities to change or control our lives . In fairy tales, protagonists undergo certain trials or tests to be found worthy of some wish, and a magical spell is spoken to make the wish come true.
Today...
Technology is our magic, and passwords are our magic spells. But people still must prove themselves worthy of the things we most wish for: love, good sex, companionship, and happiness.
A man, now old, has had a robot maid since he was a young man, and she has served him selflessly. Unfortunately, she is an early model; later models have sexual upgrade kits that allow their owners to act out their fantasies and have sex with their droids. The early model maid wishes she could be more like a real woman so she could please her young owner sexually. But he does not care if she can't, he loves her. Years later, she is an outdated model; replacement parts are difficult to find and her batteries no longer recharge. The man has kept her anyway, because of his love for her. She sits in a corner, lifeless, yet he is content to carry on conversations with her.
This movie is a clever updating of the Pinocchio fairy tale, replacing magic with technology; and if you look closely, all the plot elements are there:
In the original story, being a human boy was the wish and honesty the test. In Maid-Droid, true love is the wish and knowing the difference between sex and love is the test.
In the original Pinocchio, there was a dark side to being a human boy and he was in danger of being swallowed up by it. Likewise, in Maid-Droid there is a dark side to love and sex: when sex is mistaken for, or replaces, love. The police are looking for a droid that is seemingly preying on women. The built-in faithfulness of droids has been warped into unwanted sexual attacks by a chimerical droid assembly.
If that weren't enough to draw the parallels, one character has had his personality transferred to a mechanical puppet after his death, so that mentally he may continue to live.
Along the way there are some very good science fiction elements (including Asimov's Three Laws of Robotics in full frontal display) and some very witty and convincing observations on male and female relationships and sexuality.
Essentially, this is a Japanese Pink Film-style version of the Spielberg/Kubrick film AI, which was itself a version of Pinocchio. Some viewers will find that moments of (too) precious tenderness are offset, jarringly, with scenes of crass (and pretty funny) soft-core sex. But you'll see this helps to drive the point home that good sex is love's reward. Not the other way round.
I give this movie 4 stars because someone needs to make this movie again with more polished production values and more sophisticated screenwriting; and when they do it will be a great film. Others might give it 3.
I recommend this movie, its fun, titillating, sexy, sincere, and clever, even with its flaws.

Bikini Girls From the Lost Planet (2006)

Oh boy! Another bikini movie from Retromedia. And it's a good one. It reuses a classic B movie plot that never gets old. A planet populated entirely with women sends two cute, scantily clad girls to Earth to find virile men that can be brought back and used to insure the survival of their race.
There are seven sex scenes. Four are boy/girl. One is girl/girl. One is boy/girl/girl/girl. And one is boy/girl/boy/girl. The women are all hot and include veteran bikini girls Nicole Sheridan and Beverly Lynn, as well as some new faces: Christine Nguyen, Syren, Michelle Lay, and Rebecca Love. All the women do a great job during their sex scenes. Unfortunately, Rebecca doesn't have a sex scene is this movie, she just stands around topless.
Extras include some bloopers and trailers for other Retromedia bikini movies.
I recommend this one.

Female Masturbation : Orgasm One Stroke at a Time. Volume I Review

Female Masturbation : Orgasm One Stroke at a Time. Volume I
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
As I sat down to watch this video, I really had no idea of what to expect. The cover was no frills and gave very little indication of what was to follow. Never one to judge a book or a video by it's cover though, I began to watch.

What unfolded was a well thought out and very practical demonstration of female masturbation. After a very short introduction, which explains that orgasm originates as much from the mind as by action, the woman begins her masturbation session by setting the mood, lighting a candle. This is followed by a settling in period where she uses her senses to arouse her mind even more before she touches herself. In today's "shaved is best" frenzy filled world many people will probably appreciate the fact that she is completely au natural.

The very fact that this is obviously from the outset an amateur video made it more memorable in my mind. There is definitely nothing dubbed or contrite about this video, as at certain points you can actually hear the other people from the Welcomed Consensus moving around reporting what they notice. I did find this a little distracting at the beginning of the film but in a way it helped me identify more with the woman and reinforced what I always tell people, lock the door if you don't want interruptions.

As I sat and watched her begin to masturbate, I found it highly arousing. Whilst there were many close ups, there were just as many full body shots as she became more aroused, something that I really liked. Her peaks of arousal and her orgasm were real, of that I was left in no doubt. She uses only her fingers and a liberal dose of lubricant to have her obtain orgasm, and I found myself afterwards using some of her techniques. I am pleased to report they are very effective. One of the things I should mention here is that the emphasis is put firmly on how she makes her session last, by bringing herself to the brink and then letting herself come down a little. She demonstrates this a few times and you begin to see how this pattern works, what they refer to as Peaking.

What does it all add up to?
If you are looking for a good, honest, down to earth film that shows a real woman achieving orgasm through masturbation,
then this video is sure to be a hit for you. I did wonder about the length when I first read the runtime but to be honest I think they hit this one about right. Any longer would have been boring, any less would have left me wanting.

The things I took away from watching this video above all else were, take your time and enjoy the moment. I had a clear and precise picture in my mind of what the whole experience looks like from an observer's point of view, something that many people have never had the chance to experience.

Better Sex Video: Becoming Orgasmic DVD Review

Better Sex Video: Becoming Orgasmic DVD

After 24 years as a marriage counselor, AASECT certified sex therapist, and online sexuality coach...I found this video to be the best yet for helping women understand and enjoy their sexuality. The real people on the video are an actual loving couple, so there is nothing prurient or porno about the film. Using this video and the companion book of the same name, my women clients have become less inhibited, more relaxed and sensual. Some were already orgasmic but sexually avoidant -- the story helped them learn how to talk about sex with their husbands. I highly recommend this video!

Based on the book with the same name, this remarkably powerful video uses detailed demonstrations to help women learn to achieve orgasm. The intimacy of the Becoming Orgasmic program is shared between the woman in the video, her partner, and you. The viewer is also invited to watch as she successfully tests the effectiveness of the program through explicitly portrayed exercises. About women -- but aimed directly at both partners -- this video guides women into an appreciation of their own sexuality, while showing how male partners can offer assistance and support in reaching orgasm. Sex and Death 101 (2007) Review

Sex and Death 101 (2007)
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
Told through first-person narration, Sex and Death 101 is a little like the Wachowskis' The Matrix collides with Shainberg's Secretary (stick with me here). The premise: a (sentient?) "machine" has begun interfering with humanity, issuing e-mails that reveal a person's fate. While many people received an e-mail revealing their death-day, Roderick Blank was "gifted" with a list of every woman he has and WILL sleep with. Sounds great, right? Well, what the viewer learns is that "the chase" is fairly boring when the results are a given. Watching Rodrick try to plow through his list is dark and hysterical (especially when we reach Bambi and Thumper ... a world-class, lesbian power-couple). Now for the twist, the FINAL person on Roderick's list is a notorious serial-killer ...
With a budget of five-million, Waters created a pretty slick film. The casting is quirky (in a fantastic way!!). Patton Oswalt (The King of Queens and Ratatouille) plays a lascivious lackey to the "Morpheus-like" Alpha. I'm entirely biased here (since I think Oswalt is one of the most adorable, underrated actors in Hollywood), but his character alone makes the film worth watching. Moreover, Mindy Cohn (The Facts of Life) was a brave and fabulous choice. All grown up, Cohn rocks her character. She adds sweetness to (what could have been) your typical "lesbian" character. Kudos!! Julie Bowen, Winona Ryder, and Simon Baker nicely round-out the cast. Overall, the acting is wonderfully on-point. We could genuinely loathe the character of Roderick BUT Baker brings an irrefutable charm to him. And, this is where the film is a success. Roderick may be a slick, handsome, fast-food King ("Have a startling and unique day!!"), but as he resigns himself to fate he becomes brooding and vulnerable. Love it.
Why should you watch this work? One: it has a montage of lower-back, Chinese-symbol tattoos to represent the passage of time (a great joke resides in this moment ... pay attention). Two: watching Roderick don faerie-wings just to join Bambi and Thumper (in slow-motion) ... TOTALLY WORTH IT! (And so funny). Three: the scene with the school bus ... that's all I can say (by far, the absolutely most unpredictable, wildly amusing moment).
I noticed that this work is receiving some seriously scathing reviews. As a harsh-critic, I respect the opinions of others. I have a feeling this film appeals to a niche crowd: one which seeks dark, erotic, adult faerie-tales (a la Shainberg's Secretary ... see, I told you to stay with me). If, like me, you find the American Pie style of films trite and juvenile, give Water's work a spin. It won't disappoint.

Roderick Blank, Simon Baker, is a successful modern man, content with his personal and professional life. However, a week before his wedding to a suitably stuffy fiancee, Rodericks perfectly planned existence is upended by a mysterious e-mail containing the names of every woman he has had sex with and, eerily, every woman he will have sex with in the future. He is stopped in his tracks when he meets a femme fatale, Winona Ryder, who targets men guilty of sex crimes against women. Co-starring Patton Oswalt and directed by Daniel Waters, writer of the cult hit Heathers.

Pirates Review

Pirates
Average Reviews:

The idea of Pirates was grand. If you have ever seen any of the other big budget porn pireate films like Conquest, you know what you are getting into.
For a movie that seemed to be planned well, had a big budget, actually casted extras, had costumes that seemed to be made for the movie, great special effects, props, and sets, this movie failed for one reason.
No one took it seriously.
It was obvious that everyone in the film had fun being a part of this ground breaking movie. But for all its fancy packaging, special effects, and elaborate sets, the acting reduced it to a cheesy 70's porn flick. I was waiting for a pizza delivery guy to ring the doorbell and a half naked girl answer the door with a phrase like, "I hope that comes with sausage".
I know it is "just" porn, and no one is supposed to take it seriously, but others have succeeded where this film failed. Michael Ninn's Latex/Shock series is a good example, of how to assemble this kind of movie and still have it porn. Just because it is a movie with porn actors in it, doesn't mean they have to act like the usual porn actors. They could try to get into character a little to make the movie work better than it did.
All in all the sex scenes are decent, a little too much slapping the face I thought, but decent. It is worth owning, but if you are planning on buying it because it is supposed to be some great legend of a movie and you think it will be changing the face of porn forever.... Go buy yourself a copy of Debby Does Dallas. The acting is the same and both have sex scenes in them. If you are buying it for the special effects, costumes, and sets, then all the power to you.
Cpt Morgan.

Californication - The First Season Review

Californication - The First Season
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
It took me a few episodes to warm up to "Californication." At first I wasn't quite sure what the show was trying to be...maybe "Sex and the City" for men? But it's actually much more than that. The show revolves around Hank Moody (David Duchovny), an author who's been in a bit of a writer's slump ever since his last novel was published seven years ago. Hank longs to return to his hometown of New York City, but remains in California because his former lover, Karen (Natascha McElhone), lives there, along with their teenage daughter, Becca (Madeleine Martin). Hank is still very much in love with Karen, and it's pretty obvious that she still loves him, too. Unfortunately, Karen's engaged to stuffy Bill (Damian Young), and Hank unwittingly has sex with Bill's 16-year-old daughter, Mia (Madeline Zima), who eventually ends up blackmailing Hank and trying to take credit for his latest manuscript. What a mess!
"Californication" also boasts a strong supporting cast. Evan Handler plays Hank's best friend and agent, Charlie. Poor Charlie and his wife, Marcy (Pamela Adlon), experience some problems in the bedroom that lead to both of them cheating on each other with Charlie's hot young assistant, Danni (Rachel Miner). Handler and Adlon are amazingly funny on screen, and they play off each other very well: They're the funniest television couple since Lucy and Ricky Ricardo!
By far, the best thing about this show is its sense of humor. There are some incredibly funny scenes in "Californication" that definitely are among the most hilarious moments in TV history, and that's saying a lot. From Hank throwing up on Bill's priceless painting to the office dominatrix scenes to the three-way/orgy culmination, there are plenty of great scenes to go around. I don't remember the last time a TV show made me laugh so hard.
The first four or five episodes of the show were a little bumpy, but then "Californication" evolved into a great program about love, relationships, and self-discovery. The entire cast is brilliant, and most of the episodes are incredibly touching. I especially loved the last scene of the final episode, which came as a complete surprise and resulted in a very happy ending, at least for now.
Overall, "Californication" is a surprising success. I can't wait for the second season.

Flashbacks of a Fool Review

Flashbacks of a Fool
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
Films of reflection are too few and often they resort to tales of climbing to a summit only to gaze back at the shadows never cast in the greedy race for the top and end in tragedy. FLASHBACKS OF A FOOL suggests, by its title, that the story may be different, that there may be some redemption at the core of an abusive life.
Writer/director Baillie Walsh sets his story in opening frames of intense sexual, drug accompanied debauchery. But as the credits fade, the lead character Joe Scott (Daniel Craig) faces a morning of hung over reality. A wealthy Hollywood star whose lifestyle has hastened his aging, Joe is 'managed' by the stern Ophelia (Eve) who is tiring of Joe's wasted lifestyle. Her warnings, as well as Joe's agent's confrontation that Joe is too old looking for a new screenplay, is compounded by a telephone call that Joe's boyhood friend Boots (Max Deacon) has suddenly died, leaving Joe's old first girlfriend Ruth (Claire Forlani) an early widow. Depressed and drunk Joe walks his beach and reflects on his youth. The 'flashback' tales us to Joe's teenage years (the young Joe is Harry Eden) with Boots as his closest friend and Ruth (Felicity Jones), the girl Joe craves. But hormones rule and Joe is an easy prey for his married next door neighbor: during one of their trysts a tragedy occurs that results in Joe's fleeing home for the 'successful' yet empty life he finds in Hollywood.
At the request of Joe's mother (Olivia Williams) he flies back to England where he is forced to confront the early damage he caused in the lives of his family and friends. Daniel Craig and Harry Eden are excellent in their mirrored roles of the young and the older Joe. In fact there is not a weak member of this fine British cast. Though the story takes place in England the film was shot in South Africa (cinematographer John Mathieson) and the rickety beach houses on the small bay where Boots and Joe spend their time is picturesque and adds the right sense of isolation to the story. At 114 minutes the film goes on a bit too long with areas for editing a bit too obvious. But the overall effect of FLASHBACKS OF A FOOL is a satisfying journey through a memory that holds a light to the incidents of youth that can alter too many lives if not mended. Grady Harp, November 08

Daniel Craig delivers a startling performance as Joe Scott, a washed-up Hollywood star adrift in a haze of sex, drugs and squandered fame. But when he receives news of the sudden death of his childhood best friend, Joe flashes back to his younger self (played by Harry Eden of Oliver Twist) in his small English seaside village and the summer of innocence and tragedy that would change his life forever. Olivia Williams (The Sixth Sense), Claire Forlani (CSI:NY) and Eve co-star in this powerful drama about love, loss and one man’s journey to redemption, executive produced by Daniel Craig and featuring songs by Scott Walker, David Bowie and Roxy Music.

The Girlfriend Experience (2009)

The need to love and be loved, to know and be known, suggests director Steven Soderbergh (Bubble), is so deeply and powerfully embedded in human nature that we will do almost anything to get it. We will even pay for it, whether to a therapist, to a personal trainer like Chris, or to a $2,000 an hour "escort" girl like Chelsea who provides sex, of course, but mainly therapy to very wealthy but deeply lonely men. Mainly they talk to Chelsea, about all the things you'd talk about in a "real" relationship. She pretends to offer that and they believe they receive it, and woe to both parties when they drop their guard and transgress business boundaries to reveal themselves to each other as real human beings rather than as partners in a transaction. Since human love is one of the few things you can't buy, Chelsea and her clients seek something they can't get and forfeit their closest approximations in what they already have.

Gonzo: The Life and Work of Dr. Hunter S. Thompson Review

Gonzo: The Life and Work of Dr. Hunter S. Thompson

(More customer reviews)
On February 20, 2005, the end of an era was blown out not with a whisper but with a bang. Dr. Hunter S. Thompson chose that day to end his own life by committing suicide with one of the many guns he owned. It was a loss for a generation that grew up reading him in Rolling Stone Magazine, a loss for fans and a loss for journalism.
While two films (WHERE THE BUFFALO ROAM and FEAR AND LOATHING IN LAS VEGAS) were made about his life, it is only now that Hunter reaches the screen in his own words, in his own actions via the newly released documentary GONZO: THE LIFE AND WORK OF DR. HUNTER S. THOMPSON. And what a treat it is to see and hear him speak for himself.
The film looks back at the entire life of this maverick that changed the face of journalism by making it not just about looking at issues from the outside in, but from the inside out. Gonzo journalism often placed the writer into the scene of what was being written about since that writer was actually there. Gonzo journalists write as participants as opposed to voyeurs. And Hunter was a definite participant.
The film begins with his youth covering the usual biopic necessities of what possibly made him choose the direction he did. But it moves forward to his youth when he chose to be a writer and pursue that dream. Not only did he pursue it, he got involved in it.
The first break Hunter found was when he commingled with the motorcycle gang the Hells Angels to find out just what they were all about. The pieces he put together on the gang were wrapped up into a book titled HELLS ANGELS that was considered the quintessential source of information on gangs. A falling out with the gang led to Hunter's moving on to another topic.
Those topics were wide in range but always confronted with the brutal honesty as seen through the eyes of Thompson. Be it the Democratic convention in Chicago where the peace and love generation was beaten down by those in power or the great American dream demolished in his eyes as the city of Las Vegas, Hunter took typewriter ink to paper and using wit and a skewered sense of words defined the world for his generation.
Hunter's involvement in politics is shown ranging from his own run as sheriff of Aspen to his following the campaign trail in 1972 elections. Having been alive to witness the end of an era with the assassinations of both Martin Luther King and Bobby Kennedy, Hunter found hope in the form of George McGovern. But that was never to be.
But all things change. And this is where the truly sad part of the story of Hunter S. Thompson slopes downward. The involvement with drugs and alcohol combined with the glory brought on by celebrity status took its toll on Thompson. No longer able to blend in without being recognized his ability to cover a story changed as did his life.
The movie is an examination of a writer whose works are still read today. The director uses interviews with people who knew Hunter intimately like his wives, son and business partner to those who got to know him while he covered their stories. Sonny Barger of the Hells Angels, Ralph Steadman, George McGovern, Jimmy Carter, Pat Buchanan, Jann Wenner of Rolling Stone and more all find screen time discussing this amazing author. Each has their own personal vision of who Hunter was and how he affected them.
What we are left with is the story of a man who wanted to change the world only to have the world change him. In some ways for the better, but not always. The words of Thompson describing flying bats and lizard people during hallucinogenic experiences were perhaps nowhere near as frightening as the real life demons he confronted as his life changed. Perhaps it was one of those demons that urged him on to commit the final deed of his life.
What one walks away with after watching this film is perhaps a little more understanding of the man. Perhaps you walk away with an interest in finding those items that he wrote. But more than anything you walk away with a feeling of loss at never having appreciated him to his full extent while he was here with us. A dynamite film that informs, entertains and shines a light on a true talent.

Californication : The Complete Second Season Review

Californication : The Complete Second Season

I gave the 2nd season of Californication 4 stars out of 5. I read the reviews that were posted and I will agree that this season isn't as "good" as the first season. The first season gave the audience something they are definitely not used to seeing, the character of Hank Moody. Despite all the negative that Moody creates, the audience can't help but fall in love with him in the first season.
I don't feel that the 2nd season tried to be as funny as the first. That's what made the 1st season so enjoyable, nonstop laughs in every episode. This season is far more dramatic and has a plot that starts to develop, instead of the sex, drugs, and comedy that season 1 was about. That is why I think people didn't like it as much, because the "originality" of the 1st season wasn't duplicated as much; but how long do you think the writers could go with Hank sleeping with random women left and right before it got old. I feel this season shows the development of Hank Moody far better than season 1 had created.
Nontheless, everyone is entitled to an opinion, and if you listen to mine- you'll buy this set and enjoy your purchase...but please don't expect the same tone that season 1 created...I think the show is heading in a better direction

Sophisticated and unique, this comedy centers on novelist Hank Moody (David Duchovny) who struggles to raise his teenage daughter with his on-again/off-again girlfriend in Southern California. His obsession with truth-telling and self destructive behavior -- drinks, drugs, and relationships -- are both destroying and enriching to his career.

Nip/Tuck: Season 5, Part 2 Review

Nip/Tuck: Season 5, Part 2

Yes, there are only 8 episodes but, they are great episodes. A lot of the reviewers rated this 1 star for the price and not the actual content of the dvd. Nip/Tuck is still as good as ever and it shows it has some of the best music around in the 5.2 opener. I've never seen a more perfect song to fit a scene than the opener of 5.2. Over all these last 8 episodes are 10/10. Nip/Tuck continues to shock and awe you.
